BASKIN ROBBINS'S FIRST STORE OPEN IN HAI PHONG WITH THE SUPPORT OF HOANG MINH PROPERTY

Challenge

American ice cream brand Baskin Robbins is the largest chain of high-end ice cream stores in the world with over 7,000 stores. In which in Vietnam, the company has nearly 50 stores, mainly concentrated in the city. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

The search area is quite narrow because Baskin Robbins requires to find a place on the central flower garden, near other large F&B chains such as Highlands Coffee, Lotteria, KFC, ... and strict requirements on face shape. Equity is a challenge for consulting firms.

Solution

Retail Consulting Department HOANG MINH PROPERTY has searched and provided a list of 5 premises in the required area. After actual survey, Baskin Robbins selected a location and HOANG MINH PROPERTY negotiated but then failed because both parties could not reach agreement on rental price and payment plan.

After more than 1 month, HOANG MINH PROPERTY searched for a suitable location on Tran Phu street, near Toco-Toco, KFC milk tea and satisfied all the requirements of Baskin Robbins.

Result

After nearly 8 months of searching and negotiating, HOANG MINH PROPERTY has successfully completed the deal and helped Baskin Bobbins open the first store in Hai Phong market and satisfy all the requirements that the brand wants.
