The second KIMMAY high-end fashion store in Vietnam with the support of HOANG MINH PROPERTY

Challenge

As an Italian luxury fashion brand, up to the time of designating HOANG MINH PROPERTY as the site search unit in Hai Phong, KIMMAY has the only location in Trang Tien - the most favorable street. At Hanoi.

With a relatively tight requirement on the facade, the area, especially the location to open a high-end fashion showroom, when the Hai Phong market currently does not have many locations that satisfy the requirements of the brand - are challenges for with search consulting.

Solution

After more than 1 week of searching, HOANG MINH PROPERTY and provides a list of 3 correct locations as requested by the KIMMAY brand. After the brand leaders directly surveyed and evaluated, KIMMAY selected the location at 64 Dien Bien Phu.

Result

And in January 2016, the second KIMMAY store in Vietnam was officially opened.
